The Kataria Foods operates as an online food and FMCG brand selling fruit-based snacks and sweets directly to consumers across India.

2. Products

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
We take every effort to display product images, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to photography lighting or screen display settings.
All our products are food items and are subject to best-before dates clearly mentioned on the packaging. We strongly recommend checking the best-before date upon receiving your order.
Product pricing is listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and is inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that all information provided — including your name, delivery address, and contact details — is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
All payments must be made at the time of placing the order. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and other methods available at checkout.
All payment transactions are processed through secure, certified third-party payment gateways. The Kataria Foods does not store your full payment details.
In the case of a failed payment, please do not attempt to place the order multiple times before confirming the transaction status. Contact us if you are unsure.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
Promotional pricing, discount codes, and offers are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders worth ₹599 and above. A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹599.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days depending on your location.
The Kataria Foods is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters or public holidays.
Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier partner. However, we will work with you to resolve any genuine transit-related issues in line with our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at [your email] with your Order ID. We will do our best to accommodate the request if the order has not yet been processed.
In the case of a successful cancellation, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Returns & Refunds

As a food and FMCG brand, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable in cases of damaged, tampered, wrong, or expired products delivered to you. Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
